A: At Eleven Pop Up, we are committed to providing a safe and secure workspace for all our guests, artists, teachers, students, and staff. We have implemented a variety of safety measures to ensure a safe environment. This includes proper ventilation systems to minimize the exposure to art materials' dust and fumes, regular cleaning schedules to maintain a clean workspace, and the use of non-toxic or low-toxicity materials wherever possible. Additionally, we provide safety equipment such as gloves and masks for those handling materials that may involve higher levels of toxicity. It is important to acknowledge that purchasing and attending any event at Eleven Pop Up means you understand that you will be around typical art materials at varying levels of toxicity, including but not limited to clay dust and glaze mat. We encourage all participants to follow safety guidelines and communicate any concerns they may have to our staff. Your safety is our priority, and we strive to ensure everyone can enjoy their creative process in a secure environment.

By using the facilities at Eleven Pop Up, you agree to assume responsibility for yourself for those risks identified in this Liabilities section as a whole and those risks not specifically identified, and you elect to participate with that knowledge. I assume full responsiblity for myself for any loss or damage with may incur through participation in classes or other activities at Eleven Pop Up.

I assume full responsiblity for myself or my child for any loss or damage with may incur through participation in classes or other activities at Eleven Pop Up.

In consideration for the services provided, I, for myself, any heirs, personal representative or assigns, do hereby covenant not to sue and fully release and discharge all rights and/or causes of action of any kind, including claims of negligence, which I may have against Easel & Wheel Art Space, LLC, Eleven Pop Up and its principles, owners, agents, employees, members, teachers, workers and representatives including, without limitation, any and all claims arising out of, or in any way related to, use of facilities or the general grounds of Easel & Wheel Art Space, LLC, Eleven Pop Up and the related activities described herein. NOTICE OF RISK DUE TO COVID-19: Easel & Wheel Art Space, LLC and Eleven Pop Up cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID while using our services and/or premises. Therefore, if you choose to utilize Easel & Wheel Art Space's services or enter onto Easel & Wheel Art Space's premises you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19. I hereby forever release and waive your right to bring suit against Easel & Wheel Art Space and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representative in connection with exposure, infection and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing Easel & Wheel Art Space's services and premises. You understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property loses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen. You acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the foregoing Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability. You understand that you waive any legal rights, including the right to sue, and participate freely and willingly.
